Terms of Service

1. All goods are titanium alloy smoking accessories for personal collection and daily use only.

2. Supported payment methods: PayPal online payment; Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available for India customers.

3. Shipping & Tax
All international customs duties, import taxes, local consumption taxes and clearance fees shall be fully borne by buyers, regardless of delivery country.
Standard delivery time: 10-25 working days, varying by different countries. We do not guarantee exact delivery date due to customs inspection delays.

4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled freely within 24 hours after full payment. Once parcels are handed over to logistics carriers, no cancellation request will be accepted.

5. Return & Refund Rules

• Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defective items within 7 calendar days after goods delivery.

• All return shipping cost, export & import fees are at the buyer’s expense.

• For India COD orders, 30% order amount will be deducted as logistics loss if customers refuse parcel delivery without valid quality reasons.

• Returned items must be unused, scratch-free and complete with original packaging.

6. Custom Service
Bulk wholesale orders support custom logo and personalized packaging, please contact us to get exclusive wholesale quotation.

7. Price Adjustment
We reserve the right to update product prices without prior notice to customers.

8. Region Application
This set of terms applies to all countries and regions where our store provides delivery service.
